Before your guests arrive
Most hosts book a standard clean to get the home guest-ready, or a deep clean when it has been a while. A standard clean covers kitchen counters, stovetop and sink, bathrooms, dusting, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made, trash out. A deep clean adds baseboards, doors and frames, light switches, inside the microwave and detailed bathrooms.

Before applicable sales tax, homes in normal condition. Larger homes are priced by square footage when that is higher. Minimum $130 per visit. Estimate only. The final price is confirmed before work starts. If the home is larger or needs more work than described, you'll receive an updated price first and can accept it or cancel at no charge.
After hosting
When the guests have gone home, a standard clean brings the kitchen, bathrooms and floors back. Dishes are an extra ($20), and so are inside the oven ($35) and inside the fridge ($35). Want it done right after a gathering? Text the date of your event and request the cleaning for the following days.
January: keep it on the calendar
Recurring standard cleans are 15% off weekly, 10% off every 2 weeks and 5% off every 4 weeks. The first recurring visit is a deep clean, priced separately, so later visits can maintain that baseline.

How much does holiday house cleaning cost?
For a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, about $215 for a standard clean and $330 for a deep clean, before applicable tax. Larger homes are priced by square footage, and some towns add a $30 or $50 travel fee.
How far ahead should I request a holiday cleaning?
Any time, as long as it fits Lorenna's schedule. Text your town and preferred date; if that slot is taken, she'll offer the closest alternatives.
Do you work around the holidays?
Yes. Lorenna works through the holiday season when there is work. Text your date and she'll confirm availability.
Do you bring supplies, and are pets OK?
Lorenna brings all of her own supplies. Pets are fine, and she cleans up after them; heavy pet hair is an extra.
Do you clean after a party or holiday gathering?
Yes. A standard clean resets the kitchen, bathrooms and floors after guests leave. Dishes are a $20 extra.
Should I book a standard or a deep clean before guests arrive?
A standard clean suits a home that is cleaned regularly. A deep clean suits a home that hasn't had a thorough clean in a while, or when you want baseboards, doors and detailed bathrooms done.
Do you offer recurring cleaning after the holidays?
Yes. Every 2 weeks is 10% off a standard clean, and the first recurring visit is a separately priced deep clean.
Can the price change after I book?
Estimate only. The final price is confirmed before work starts. If the home is larger or needs more work than described, you'll receive an updated price first and can accept it or cancel at no charge.
